Measure your Neck
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of your neck, where a collar would sit. It should be snug, not tight.
Measure your Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms. Keep the tape level across your back and comfortably snug.
Measure your Sleeve
This step is optional for short sleeves. Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist.

Your inseam is the distance from the crotch down to the bottom of your pant leg. If you have someone to help, stand straight while they measure from your inner thigh to just below your ankle. On your own? Take your favourite pair of well-fitting pair of pants, lay them flat, and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.
