How to qualify for FREE Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $99*

We offer FREE shipping on all orders of more than $99 that are shipped within Canada. The total order amount, after any discounts are applied, must be at least $99 to qualify.

The $99 threshold applies to merchandise only; taxes and additional shipping and handling do not count toward the qualifying amount.

We also have free shipping events throughout the year where we offer free shipping on every order. Sign up for our newsletter and get the latest updates!

A flat shipping fee of $8 is applied to orders that do not qualify for free shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to addresses in Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories.

Note: Orders that contain multiple items, may be shipped and delivered in multiple packages.

Grafton Apparel Ltd. is not responsible for any mail courier delays or delays caused by your local post office or third-party courier. While we are happy to assist you with any concerns  you may have with the delivery, we will not compensate for any delays due to issues beyond our control.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Credit card verification and authorization must be received before we can process your order. We do not offer C.O.D (Cash on Delivery)

Our selected couriers within Canada deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.

All orders will be shipped in either vinyl plastic bags, or corrugated boxes.

Processing Times

We process orders 7 days a week, but due to seasonal volumes, orders may take up to 72 hours to complete.

Orders placed after Friday at 9 A.M  ET will be picked up by the selected courier on the next business day (excluding Holidays)

Third-party couriers may  experience delays in shipping orders and updating tracking information. It may take several days for your tracking information to be updated online.

For Canada Post P.O. Box deliveries, please allow for an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. You must indicate ‘P.O. Box’ and your box number in the shipping address for Canada Post to deliver, failure to do so may lead to significant delivery delays.

Please note that “Estimated Delivery Time” does not include order processing time and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Please follow the tracking details provided to you for the most up to date information.

 

Shipping Partners

To deliver our great products to our customers across Canada, we use both Canada Post and United Parcel Services (UPS).

 Determination of the courier will depend on shipping location and volumes.

 If you have a preference of either Canada Post or UPS, please email us at supportTT@graftonapparel.com and provide your order number right after it has been placed, we’ll do our best to have your preference selected, although we cannot guarantee it.
