Suits, Offers and Sizing
How much does a suit cost at Tip Top?
Suits and tuxedos start from $279 for the jacket and pants. Shop suits.
What is the free pants offer?
Buy the jacket of any regular-price suit or tuxedo and get the matching pants free. Shop the offer.
Does Tip Top rent suits?
No. Tip Top sells suits and tuxedos you own, and with suits from $279 for the jacket and pants, owning often costs less than a typical rental. Own your suit for less than a rental.
Can I buy a suit jacket and pants in different sizes?
Yes. Tip Top suits are sold as separates, so you can choose your jacket and pants sizes independently, and add a matching vest.
What's the difference between Slim Fit and Modern Fit?
Slim Fit is tailored closer to the body, narrowing from chest to waist for a sharp, contemporary shape. Modern Fit is straighter, with more room through the chest, arms and legs.
What sizes does Tip Top carry?
Suit and sport jackets come in chest sizes 34 to 56 in Short, Regular and Tall. Pants come in waists 28 to 54 with inseams 30 to 36. Dress shirts come in neck sizes 14 to 20.5 with sleeves 32/33 to 38/39. Casual tops come in S to 2XL, and Florsheim dress shoes in sizes 8 to 13. Selection varies by style.

Weddings and Prom
Does Tip Top offer wedding group pricing?
Yes. Wedding parties of 3 or more get group bundle pricing: a 6-piece bundle (jacket, pants, vest, shirt, tie, pocket square) from $349, a 5-piece bundle (jacket, pants, shirt, tie, pocket square) from $299, and a bundle of pants, vest, shirt and tie from $199. Prices apply automatically when you add items to your look. Explore weddings.
What is Piece of Cake?
Piece of Cake is Tip Top's free online wedding coordinator. Create your event, add your party, choose each person's look and send everyone a personalized shopping list by email. You can track each guest's progress from your account. Start planning.
Does Tip Top have prom suits?
Yes. Explore suits, tuxedos and outfit ideas on our prom page. Our annual prom offer runs January 1 to June 30 each year.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods does Tip Top accept?
Visa (including Visa Debit), Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. You can also pay over time with Klarna or PayPal Pay Later. Klarna can't be used to buy gift cards.
When will I be charged?
Your card isn't charged until your order is fulfilled and shipped. A pending authorization may appear sooner and clears automatically if the order isn't completed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact customer service right away at 1-800-465-1244 or supportTT@tiptop.ca. Orders are processed quickly, so changes and cancellations aren't always possible.
I didn't get an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your junk or spam folder first. If it isn't there, contact customer service and we'll resend it.
Why was an item removed from my cart or order?
Items in your cart aren't reserved and can sell out. If an item in your order was cancelled, it was out of stock when your order was fulfilled; online stock levels can take time to update.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $99 after discounts. Orders that don't qualify ship for a flat $8. See our shipping policy.
Does Tip Top ship outside Canada?
No. Tip Top ships within Canada only. Free shipping doesn't apply to Nunavut, Yukon or the Northwest Territories.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed 7 days a week and can take up to 72 hours in busy seasons, plus delivery time from Canada Post or UPS. Follow your tracking details for the latest information.

Returns
What is Tip Top's return policy?
Return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase at any Tip Top location in Canada. Online orders can also be returned by mail. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered with tags attached. See our return policy.
How do I return an online order?
Start your return in the Returns Centre to return by mail with a free prepaid label, or bring the item and your emailed receipt to any Tip Top store.
Can I return an in-store purchase by mail?
No. In-store purchases must be returned to a Tip Top store.
Can I exchange an item online?
Online exchanges aren't available. We'll refund your item and send you a free shipping code for a new order. Contact supportTT@tiptop.ca for help.
How long does a mail return take?
Mail returns can take up to 30 days to process and for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds go to your original payment method; purchases paid with a gift card are refunded to a new digital gift card.
Does Tip Top offer price adjustments?
Yes, once, within 14 days of purchase, with your original receipt. Price adjustments aren't available on orders placed during free shipping events.
Gift Cards and Customer Service
Does Tip Top sell gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards ($25 to $500) are delivered by email within minutes, and physical gift cards are available in Tip Top stores. Both work online and in store, and never expire. See our gift card FAQs.
How do I check my gift card balance?

Can gift cards be returned?
No. Physical and digital gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged.
