Style Makeover Instagram Giveaway
Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional agreement and acceptance by each Eligible Participant of the Contest Rules, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest.
1. Contest Period. The Contest period starts at 12:00AM Eastern Standard Time on May 1st, 2025, and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Standard Time on May 31st, 2025. The winner will be selected on or before June 2nd, 2025 (the "Contest Period"). Winner must respond to Direct Message within 24-hours of being selected.
2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Contest is not open to employees or representatives (and persons with whom they are domiciled, whether related or not) of the Contest Organizer or its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, retailers, advertising, and promotional agencies.
a. How to Participate. To enter, eligible participants must have an Instagram Account to follow the guidelines detailed in the @tiptop in-feed post. Participants must be following the @tiptop Instagram Account. Participants must “like” the contest photo post on the @tiptop account. Lastly, participants must tag a friend(s) in the comments section on the @tiptop post to qualify as an entry.
b. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter the Contest and will not improve your chances of winning.
c. The Contest Organizer is not responsible for: (i) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information and entries that fail to comply with the Contest Rules; or (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or servers, computer software problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, and assumes no liability for damage to entrant's or any person's computer or other device resulting from participating in the Contest.
3. Winner Selection. The winner will be randomly selected by the Contest Organizer.
4. Prize. There is 1 prize (the “Prize”) to be won:
One (1) Tip Top Tailors giftcard valued at $250.00 (two-hundred and fifty) Canadian Dollars
Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or sold, has no cash value, and will not be refunded if unused. No substitutions, changes or extensions are permitted. No substitutions except at Contest Organizer’s option. Contest Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize or Prize component for one of equal or greater retail value.
5. Declaration and Release of Winner of the Prize. In order to win, the selected Prize winner must have followed the guidelines detailed in the in-feed Instagram post on the @tiptop account and agreed to the contest terms and conditions. Winner must provide the Contest Organizer their contact information, email address and residential address to fulfill delivery of Prize.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted by Instagram Direction Message, or he or she fails to respond within the specified time, he or she will forfeit the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected, in the sole discretion of the Contest Organizer. Once an Eligible Participant is declared a winner by Contest Organizer, Contest Organizer will ship the Eligible Participant the Prize.
6. General. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Contest Organizer in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Contest Organizer is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Contest, including, but not limited to, errors in advertising, the Contest Rules, the selection and announcement of winners, or the distribution of the Prize.
7. Use of Personal Information. By entering the Contest, the entrant consents to the Contest Organizer’s collection, use and disclosure of his or her personal information collected for this Contest for the purposes of managing and administering this Contest, awarding and announcing the Prize winner and any subsequent advertising or promotion related thereto.
