Measure your neck circumference where you would normally button up your shirt.
With your arms relaxed and slightly bent, measure from the center back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist. Now you're all set! Use both your chest and sleeve size to find the perfect shirt. Still unsure? When in doubt, size up for a more snug fit.
Measure your Neck
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the base of your neck, where a collar would sit. It should be snug, not tight.
Measure your Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms. Keep the tape level across your back and comfortably snug.
Measure your Sleeve
This step is optional for short sleeves. Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, and down to your wrist.

On your own? Take your favourite pair of well-fitting pair of pants, lay them flat, and measure from the crotch seam to the bottom hem.
